Crinoline is 320cm in circumference at the hem, 91.5cm in length to hem level, and has 10 hoop wires to support the weight of heavy skirts. A "bag" at the hem keeps the wearer from stepping through the hoops.
Truly Victorian patterns are printed on paper (not tissue) and come with full instructions. This pattern is multi-sized and contains two sizes, Regular (up to 86cm waist) and Oversize (over 86cm waist).
